This is such a wonderful experience and opportunity to give permission to yourself to reconnect, to be you without judgement. Taking time to listen to what you need and want in a safe space with other women was beautiful. To feel the collective energy of powerful women coming together to share, to hold space and to celebrate each other was such a gift to myself. I wholeheartedly recommend Lindsay's retreat. She facilitates a safe space to release,  connect and accept all of you. I arrived feeling frazzled and busy, living in my head. I left feeling at peace, relaxed and reconnected to my heart.

The retreat was a perfect balance of calm, connection and laughter in such stunning surroundings! Lindsay and workshop facilitators were very welcoming and supportive and the whole day was incredibly relaxed. A fantastic retreat for anyone wishing to reconnect and reset.

The day retreat was an amazing experience. It was wonderful connecting with the elements, as well as other like minded women. The energy of wild women was high and stayed with me for days after. The activities were fantastic and the food was delicious.
I will certainly go to another one of Lindsay's retreats in the future.
